I had a good run with Sean at Paul's house today.  We took the pace nice and easy and I felt pretty good.

I was a little tired by the end but felt really good about finishing.  It was a 47:23min run.  Afterwards, we did five strides and stretched out.  When I got home, I iced my knees again.
