4:49 mile in track during sophmore year at King's in Seattle, Washington; 10:21 2mile in track during sophmore year at Regionals; made it to state in track; made it to state x-country both years(freshman and sophmore).  Made it to state xc and track junior year, taking second as a team in xc and first as a team in track.  PR's track junior year: 2 mile- 10:01 at King's in Seattle.  1 mile- 4:38.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Solid competitor for my teams in track and x-country; get faster prs

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run in college; glorify God in my running

Ran a workout with jackson today.  Warmup, 200s and cooldown.  Finished with hips stretching and a rollout.  Glad to have jackson with me on this one.

Ran an easy thirty six minutes on the path this  morning in the dark.  The path was extremely slippery so at times I stopped and walked to the other side of the path where it was less icy.  It was also windy on the way out.  But, thanks to God, I did not slip.  Finished with core, stretching and rollout.

Great workout today with jackson.  Did about 27 min warmups, some uptempo stuff, cooldown for about 14 min.  Finished with stretching and rollout.  Felt really pretty good.  Weather was nice, cool but still warm.  We didn't have to deal with much snow besides the arboretum.

48 min run with Jackson and August today. Stopped for one bathroom break and felt pretty good the rest of the way. Finished with three sets of pushups, pullups, and sit-ups and stretching.

42 min run this morning. Felt pretty good. It was rainy and I stepped in a massive puddle but my shoe dried out pretty quickly. Stride were included in the total time. Finished with hips and stretching.

A little over an hour run today with my dad and two friends.  Felt good to get in that longer run.  Finished with stretching, hips, rollout and chocolate milk.  It was wet but not too bad.
