Today after church went out with my sister(biking) and my dad. We ran to the Junior High Track(about 2.5 miles) in around 23 minutes which was hurting me some but was able to make it. Then we did a good group of 200s. We were around low 40s high 30s except for the last one which was 34. My sister also did some. Then we ran back. It was difficult with tired legs but we ran faster on the way back(a little shorter than the way there) in around 19 minutes. It was a good workout. Afterwards, we stretched and did some hip work.
