| | Ran at paul's house today. Went 6mi in 48 min, thanks to the Lord, for it was quite warm outside.
I finished with five strides after the run. Felt okay and came back in a faster split.

Today, I completed the BIL loop(Big Inverted L). I took the pace nice and easy. My stomach was quite queasy and I had heavy legs by the end but I was very glad to be done. I also stretched and will ice my knees(osgood schlatter) in a little bit.
| | I had a good run with Sean at Paul's house today. We took the pace nice and easy and I felt pretty good.
I was a little tired by the end but felt really good about finishing. It was a 47:23min run. Afterwards, we did five strides and stretched out. When I got home, I iced my knees again.

| | Had a good run this morning. Total time was 55:23min. Felt pretty good and the pace was easy.
Had one stop 44min in. To finish, I stretched.
| | I ran with my dad today around a nearby lake for about 48 min. It was fun to see the crew races on the lake that were going on. We had lovely weather and ran on very nice gravel paths. There were quite a few people around the area but we were able to move through them. After 25 min, we did five and ones and felt okay. Afterwards we cooled down, stretched and ate donuts from the donut factory.

| | I ran with my dad today for a good 50 min around a beautifully shadded golf course and campus of nearby community college. It was a very nice temperature during the whole run and we had a few good hills to work with. The trail around the golf course was mostly wood chips and gravel and running felt a lot better than on pavement. Our pace felt good and solid.
| | I went on an easy 39:36min run with Everet today at Paul's house. It was a little warm but we made it through, conquering some good hills along the way. I felt pretty good.
| | My dad and I had a good exercise session this afternoon. We biked down to the Junior High Track(2.8mi) and from there completed the 3mile loop down orchard st., trail road then mountain view road on our feet. It was a warm run but we ran a good pace. It took about 26min. After returning to the track, we ran a mile there. We aimed for 6min pace and made it, 5:54 for me and 5:58 for my dad. He caught back up to me on the last lap and helped push me through till the end. It was tough but felt good to finish. After that, we did a 3/4 lap cooldown and walked a little as we tried to help a little baby bird who had fallen out of its nest. Then we stretched and biked home.
| | I had a good run today with Sean and Everett at Paul's house. We did the heart attack hill loop and completed it in 40 min. We started off pretty slow; all of us felt a little tight. But following heart attack hill we picked up the pace and within 1 and 1/2 mile from finishing increased the tempo even more and finished strongly. It felt okay. We had a lovely breze with us on the long stretches which really helped keep the temp down. All in all, it was a good run.
| | I had a very good run today with Sean, Everett, Jonny and my dad. We added an extra bit to a normal loop out by my house. It felt pretty long and we ran at an excellent pace. At first, I was a little worried about the pace but eventually was able to hold on. We slowed down a little bit though near the end. It was tough but I was very happy to get through it. The weather was just great as well. It took around 45 minutes.
| | bike ride with my dad this morning
it was difficult and tiring due to the many hills and length between here and Troy
good to be done
| | I ran with Levi today at 7:30am. We ran smoothly and at a good pace and finished the Vis loop in 35 minutes. It was a little warm but not too bad and I felt pretty good all around.
| | I had a great run today with Paul, Jerry, Jonny, Levi, Sean and Everett. We started with a mile warmup and then began a five mile tempo. It was difficult but Everett and Sean helped keep me honest and finished in about 32 minutes. Afterwards, we did a two mile cooldown and then stretched. The weather was great with no direct sun and a good temperature for a run.
| | I had a solid run with Levi today. We started at 6am so it was nice and cool and did a loop close to our houses. The total time was 44:52 min all due to Levi's excellent pace. He kept me going when I wanted to fall off. I had some stomach problems and felt tired from yesterday. But now that I am done I am happy.
| | I had a good workout with the guys today.
Bunch of hill repeats. Felt tired and had a few twinges of pain but made it through.
| | I biked to our first cross-country practice this morning. I ran with Miles, Paul, Jonny and Everett . P,J, E and I went 7 miles at good paces(7:30 for me). It was tiring and felt ok. Afterwards, we did a few strides and stretched out. I biked back home for a total biking mileage of 5.29.
| | I ran today with my dad on the mill loop for 4.5 miles in about 38 minutes. Near the end, we completed 6 by 20 sec strides and stretched. It was a nice temperature and felt okay.
| | I started the run today with my sisters and dad, jogging for about fifteen minutes covering about a mile or so. Then my dad and I went for a little more than three miles at a faster pace. I felt okay but my legs felt heavy and tired. I guess its just the getting back into shape feeling.
| | I did a treadmill workout with my sister today for 20 minutes. We did two minutes on the treadmill and two off, doing pushups, pullups, and other core. I felt pretty good.
| | I ran for forty minutes with my dad today along the trails of the arboretum. It was tough but I felt okay.
| | I ran today for thirty-five minutes with my dad and Paul. I felt okay and enjoyed the nice weather we had.
| | It was cold and windy outside this morning so I decided to run inside on the treadmill. I began with
a ten minute warmup and then proceeded to increase(by not a whole lot) the speed about every 5 minutes for the next
twenty. So I did about a twenty minute progressive run and followed it up with eight minute abs and stretching.
| | I started my exercise today with a killer set of six inches. Then I ran with my dad from our house to d street and back forming a sort of loop. This took us about 54 minutes. I am pleased with the time because it was icy and very cold. Thankfully we did not fall. Lastly, I stretched out.
