Had a good run this morning.  Total time was 55:23min.  Felt pretty good and the pace was easy.

Had one stop 44min in. To finish, I stretched.

I ran with my dad today around a nearby lake for about 48 min.  It   was fun to see the crew races on the lake that were going on.  We had lovely weather and ran on very nice gravel paths.  There were quite a few people around the area but we were able to move through them.  After 25 min, we did five and ones and felt okay.  Afterwards we cooled down, stretched and ate donuts from the donut factory.

I ran with my dad today for a good 50 min around a beautifully shadded golf course and campus of nearby community college.  It was a very nice temperature during the whole run and we had a few good hills to work with.  The trail around the golf course was mostly wood chips and gravel and running felt a lot better than on pavement. Our pace felt good and solid.

I went on an easy 39:36min run with Everet today at Paul's house.  It was a little warm but we made it through, conquering some good hills along the way.  I felt pretty good.

My dad and I had a good exercise session this afternoon.  We biked down to the Junior High Track(2.8mi) and from there completed the 3mile loop down orchard st., trail road then mountain view road on our feet.  It was a warm run but we ran a good pace.  It took about 26min.  After returning to the track, we ran a mile there.  We aimed for 6min pace and made it, 5:54 for me and 5:58 for my dad.  He caught back up to me on the last lap and helped push me through till the end.  It was tough but felt good to finish.  After that, we did a 3/4 lap cooldown and walked a little as we tried to help a little baby bird who had fallen out of its nest.  Then we stretched and biked home.

I had a good run today with Sean and Everett at Paul's house.  We did the heart attack hill loop and completed it in 40 min.  We started off pretty slow; all of us felt a little tight.  But following heart attack hill we picked up the pace and within 1 and 1/2 mile from finishing increased the tempo even more and finished strongly.  It felt okay.  We had a lovely breze with us on the long stretches which really helped keep the temp down.  All in all, it was a good run.

I had a very good run today with Sean, Everett, Jonny and my dad.  We added an extra bit to a normal loop out by my house.  It felt pretty long and we ran at an excellent pace.  At first, I was a little worried about the pace but eventually was able to hold on.  We slowed down a little bit though near the end.  It was tough but I was very happy to get through it.  The weather was just great as well.  It took around 45 minutes.

I ran with Levi today at 7:30am.  We ran smoothly and at a good pace and finished the Vis loop in 35 minutes.  It was a little warm but not too bad and I felt pretty good all around.

I had a great run today with Paul, Jerry, Jonny, Levi, Sean and Everett.  We started with a mile warmup and then began a five mile tempo.  It was difficult but Everett and Sean helped keep me honest and finished in about 32 minutes.  Afterwards, we did a two mile cooldown and then stretched.  The weather was great with no direct sun and a good temperature for a run.

I had a solid run with Levi today.  We started at 6am so it was nice and cool and did a loop close to our houses.  The total time was 44:52 min all due to Levi's excellent pace.  He kept me going when I wanted to fall off.  I had some stomach problems and felt tired from yesterday.  But now that I am done I am happy.

Bunch of hill repeats.  Felt tired and had a few twinges of pain but made it through.
