I ran with my dad today around a nearby lake for about 48 min.  It   was fun to see the crew races on the lake that were going on.  We had lovely weather and ran on very nice gravel paths.  There were quite a few people around the area but we were able to move through them.  After 25 min, we did five and ones and felt okay.  Afterwards we cooled down, stretched and ate donuts from the donut factory.
