Made it to state xc and track junior year, taking second as a team in xc and first as a team in track. PR's track junior year: 2 mile- 10:01 at King's in Seattle. 1 mile- 4:38.

Ran with my sisters and dad. It was slow at first and then after we dropped them off picked up the pace a little. It totaled at 37 minutes. Following this, we did hip exercises, 6 in, and stretched.
I had a good workout today with the Palouse Road Runners. 3miles of up-tempo work for me and the rest was warmup cooldown and rest. Glad to get it done and weather was very nice.
Just did a treadmill workout this morning. It was thirty minutes total switching between pushups, pullups, situps and straight running every two minutes. Afterwards, I did a short 8min abs, bosu work, and hip work. And then stretched out.
Went on a run with my dad today after school. It was 45 minutes and a very nice temperature. My stomack wasn't feeling so good but I was able to make it through. Stretched afterwards.
